Aircraft Rate Information - Important - Unlike most other rate sheets you will see
Our RATES INCLUDE GST and Landing charges* and Fuel**.
*except those applying to all Major Airports, Essendon Daily usage, Albury, Avalon, Mt Hotham, Phillip Island, Ayres Rock, and any Airport Charging higher rate than the Moorabbin Airport Rate - a charge equal to the difference will be charged.
**Fuel purchased by the hirer away from Moorabbin or from a non preferred supplier at Moorabbin will be deducted from the hire charge at the Tristar Aviation Moorabbin Rate.
IFR Airway charges are charged additionally.

Cancellation fees may be charged if the customer cancels within 30 minutes prior to commencement of booking time or the customer does not show up for reasons other than operational and other uncontrollable aviation related circumstances. Cancellation rate is 50% of the expected flight duration. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to booking time will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee.
